Refunds and Returns Holidays Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nantucket Whaler. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below.

For returns and exchanges, please visit http://returns.nantucketwhaler.com or email us at customerservice@nantucketwhaler.com for a prepaid shipping label.

Feel confident in your Christmas or Holiday purchase!

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed or unaltered merchandise in like new condition within 60 days of the original purchase date for exchange or refund.  Clearly marked "final sale" items are not eligible.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 60 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Nantucket Whaler is not responsible for any return made using a personal return shipping label without prior authorization.

Exchanges for alternate colors or sizes will be processed upon request, provided the replacement is the same style name as the return. To exchange for a new style, a refund will be issued and a replacement order may be placed at the shopper’s convenience.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at customerservice@nantucketwhaler.com.

Sale items

Items marked Clearance or Final Sale may not be returned.
